I came to Mr Harry Morningstar explained to him that I had just had my money stolen from Craig Marhle after he promised me a place. Harry offered us a place n pretended to care. HE EVEN KNEW I WAS HANDICAPPED. We reviewed a spot under The Waynesburger that he owned. He told us that if we wanted the spot to just give him a check to claim. I gave him 6 months rent up front in agreement that he would not cash the check until zoning approved. The property is not able to be a retail store we were told. Mr Harry wanted us to do things illegal n sweep things under the rug saying he had pull in this town. Well he doesn't. He is still trying to rent the same spot as retail!!!! HE TOO STOLE OUR MONEY! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS CROOK! BEWARE!!! THIS THIEF WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY TOO!

Easy to start the process and get moved in but no follow through after. Reported repairs that needed done within the first week of move in, including a leaking toilet and sink that were creating puddles. The leaks went unaddressed and we called again within 3 days and were met with attitude, and an additional week before they were fixed. The additional repairs were never addressed in any manner. There were keys that were never given to us that were needed for things such as the mail box. We had difficulty getting the electric account switched over and these calls were also met with attitude and resistance. An overall bad experience and would not recommend this company.

I have rented from Rentovations Realty for 1.5 years and have recently moved out a month ago. Larry was very helpful in making sure everything was properly taken care of and in a very quick manner. Larry did not cut corners and was only ever a phone call away. I highly suggest working with Larry if you are searching for trust and respect in your next landlord. Thanks again!

My Son and his Wife put down 1,000 for Harry Morningstar to hold a townhome that they were interested in renting. He said the rental would not be available until the beginning of July as it needed new flooring. My son put the deposit down in cash (He has the receipt) in the beginning of June. He called 1 week later to cancel that hold due to the military moving him to Fort Hood Texas. Mr. Morningstar is now refusing to give my son the money because he said it is in his fathers account and his father is ill. He told my son to call back in a few days and now he is saying that he can't get the money because he father is still in the hospital. The check was not made out to his father so why is my Son waiting for this money. This guy is clearly manipulating my Son who is leaving in 2 weeks for his duty station.

Couldn't be bothered to come show the unit used a keybox instead. Never calls you back like he says he would. Gives you the run around. After this behavior I started looking Harry up online. Judging by reviews on multiple realty sites I dodged a bullet with this one. I suggest you check out all the reviews on other sites before contacting this man.

"The unhappy birds sing louder than the others" should have been one of the biggest red flags. He took joy in taking advantage of someone else's poor circumstances. Disgraceful.

Harry took my 25 dollars, didnt run my application and when I told him Im needing to move because I want to get away from a crazy roommate he instantly told me “it was rented” when the apartment is CLEARLY empty (not cleaned, power off and it appears the resident that was just there moved out recently) DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HARRY!!!!
