I've been super happy with RentPros. I've worked mostly with Ben. I interviewed several property management companies when deciding to rent out my first home. Glad I went with Ben! He's also a realtor, and I used him to help find another investment home to rent out as well, since he knows all the things to look for in a good rental. The whole team has been super responsive to any issues, they found tenants fast, and the tenants have been great picks. The tenants haven't had any issues with RentPros, either, so they do a good job balancing everyone's needs. I would highly recommend!

This is my second home I have rented with RentPros. My personal experience is outstanding as the team there worked hard to make my second rental a possibility. Steve lanzi personally made every effort to insure that my moove in would happen when we hit a slight speed bump in the application process. I cannot thank him enough for his dedication and hard work. I also appreciate my new lease manager Sarah Jimenez, she acted quickly and professionally when our new rental had a little issue. I look forward to working with her in the coming years if I happen to run into another issue.
