I recently purchased a rental property and chose RentRedi to help me manage it. The program has many great features and is very easy to use. I made a few mistakes on initial set up and needed to call support to help me correct what I did and explain a few things to me. Their tech support is is absolutely awesome. I was able to reach a real person very quickly and they were able to help me out. Very knowledgeable and professional customer service. I highly recommend and I'm totally satisfied with this service. I am a new customer but am a very experienced property manager. I am a licensed real estate sales person in the State Of Alaska and I have managed 1000 unit plus apartment communities. So I have used your big and mid property management software such as Yardi, AMSI and App Folio which are all great but very expensive.

This is the first property that I have bought on my own and I will say that Rent Redi Software does all the things I need that the big software companies I have used does but they are so much cheaper. They offset most of the cost by having the tenant pay certain fees such as paying rent.

The ease of use of this software is very good and easy to learn. I have seen alot of review of people have a hard time on boarding and not passing the first initial steps and getting turned down to use this service and what I can say about that is I am glad they are checking everyone that is using this service. There are alot of people out there trying to pretend they are landlords and trying to rip people off and we all pay for that in this industry so its good if they turn people away because they can't be verified as a true landlord/owner.

What I have experienced so far is very good and I am very impressed being a experienced Property Manager and now finally managing my own properties. This company is doing a great job and they offer so much including Rent Collection, Advertising of Apartments, Applications, Credit Checks, Late Fees, Leases, Rent Reminders to Tenants and much more. They make a small owner like myself look like a big company and I appreciate that.

Takes forever to collect rent then the site charges your tenants extra fees for it not collecting.
Horrible support that copy and pastes solutions to problems your not having.
They will pass you from agent to agent without a words notice. Your then forced to restart the process again.
One positive is tenant screening is indepth but I'll cancel asap before I go threw another year of this so called service.

We've used RentRedi for about 3 years, and it's been great - very convenient, email notification of payments is a great feature, and our tenants find it easy to set up and use. Would highly recommend.

Weve tried a lot of different software with little luck for our small Property Management company. We own property and manage customers properties and so far I have been really impressed with Rentredi. The ACH fees are low (1$ per ach) and the customer service is responsive and quick. We are very happy to finally have a software that works. Highly recommend.

Great platform with many easy to use rental tracking tools. I wish there was a way to keep track of the lost revenue due to unpaid late fees but not have them show up in the rent due in the over 30 days view.
