We loved working with this company. They were always very communicative and solved every issue we had with the apartment. The place was in San Francisco. Would definitely use them if I were to buy an apartment and rent it. We always talked with Brandon and Casey. Two sweethearts. I left the same review in Yelp cause they are the best.

Started my apartment search yesterday.and found one I liked. Worked with Casey and her husband Brandon for my private showing, credit application and wahhhh lahhh!! In less than 24 hours I am a happy and proud tenant thanks to these two at Present Financial Company.

My first and so far favorite apartment and thanks to Brandon and Casey at Present Financial Property Management it was a smooth transition. They have been attentive on the few items I needed to get done in the apartment, always followed up with email and texts and thanks to their flexibility, my move out happened with no hiccups in the middle of this COVID-19 pandemic. It was wonderful working with them to find my favorite home and hope we cross paths in my future apartment hunting!
