I live at a property that this company owns, according to a CoStar article, and I suspect this company engages in unethical practices regarding fake reviews.

I think this because there is at least one five-star Google review for the building I live in that was left by Brian Yi (who also left a glowing review here), acting as though he lives in this building.

While he may live here--I don't have any concrete proof that he doesn't--it's suspicious since he appears to have some financial stake in the building (i.e., he is leaving positive reviews for the building and the owner of the building, he has posted professional photos of the building, he's the VP of investments at this company that appears to own the building.)

He also left a five-star review on Yelp, which Yelp deleted because it agreed that Brian appears to have a financial tie to the building.

This all makes me wonder what other hyper-positive reviews left for the building are made by people with financial stakes in the property. It also makes me wonder if this company is systematically leaving fake reviews to entice renters into signing leases.

I love the Mediterranean style project approved at the VTA site in South San Jose. Please send my thanks to the Architect. I also like new the mixed use building on the corner of Lincoln avenue and Willow street in the Willow Glen neighborhood.
