The Hillside Hideaway rental was not well-maintained. There was a hole on the outer north wall with an active birds nest. There was also a critter in the wall, squirrel or raccoon was hard to know, but it kept us up by scratching, clawing, and running up inside the wall all night long. When we brought this to the managements attention with pictures and videos they offered to move us to a different rental but we would have to pay a cleaning fee, we declined since we felt it was not our fault that this property they we already rented was not well-maintained. What upset us most was that this management was not even willing to work with us more by at least offering us a discount on this rental. Would not recommend this rental company, there are so many others out there in Big Bear.

Very nice, warm company to deal with! Jae went above and beyond for us. We felt the small town love.
We rented 999 Cherry Lane, Big Bear Lake. We requested a clean, affordable cabin with very comfortable beds, and that is what we got! Memory foam on all the beds made all the difference. Also this cabin was exceptionally clean. Not to mention the pool room out back! That was a pleasant surprise! Newly remodeled kitchen, bathrooms and rec room made for a wonderful weekend. You can tell that Resort Town Rentals has a good relationship with its clients and it's customers. We will definately be renting with Resort Town Rentals again!

We absolutely loved using Resort Town Rentals. We had an overnight stay for a wedding and the place was clean and perfect for us. Can't wait to use them again for our next Big Bear excursion !!
