Yes that is true BUT that SAME OWNER who wanted his home back also was aware of said repairs needed and claimed during the time we paid rent but still neglected to repair anything but I'm still confused as what Tim defineds as trimming cause even though I had did that to prevent said lease violation Tim's wording via phone call to my wife even though it wasn't one then goes and changes the reason instead of saying I don't have to give a reason but it it what it is my opinion stands still**!!!
Unprofessional as a former tenant of this company and a person with disabilities tim craver I'll be honest doesn't know how to approach situations...nor does he fix issues even when he himself does a inspection makes a list for the "property owner "and nothing will get fixed me and my family paid this company knowing a home wasn't up to code for us to live in because we kept getting told things would get fixed nope got a 90 day and still paid rent tim promised our security deposit back I don't even care he kicked us out when our lease was also signed by his wife so BUYER BEWARE!!

Rest Property Management is a fantastic rental management company. Tim and his team offer efficient, thorough, and comprehensive management services. Our family has many rentals contracted with Tim. He’s protects our investments and still compassionately advocates for the tenant when needed. He holds the tenants to a high standard and also holds his property owners to a high standard. When something needs to be addressed, he communicates well with the tenant and the owner to find the solution. Tim is an integral part in making our investment portfolio operate. The monthly reports significantly help our accounting process while tracking our properties and accounting for all income and expenses in real time. The thorough background checks offer a reasonable assurance of quality tenants as well. Most of our units have seen long term tenants with few but reasonably expected delinquencies in this tumultuous market. We highly recommend Tim and his team at Rest Property Management.

I work in real estate and have referred clients to Rest Property Management many times. The management business is never easy, but “rest assured,” 😁 Tim and his team will work hard on your behalf. I know I can trust them. Their honesty and integrity is refreshing to see, and they do a thorough job of screening and communicating with tenants so you don’t have to!

This place is a joke!!! He showed us a property knowing our situation telling us many times not to stress. He did the background checks and all the necessary paperwork. Everything was good. We waited a week to hear back from him however I had to contact him first. He then told me through text that the property was tentatively filled. He said he would call me the following day which he did. He told me everything was fine we just got beat out by a better candidate. In other words somebody that makes more money than we do. He knew we were limited on time however clearly didn't care. I would advise against going through this company as its all about the money not about families!!
