If you’re looking for a place to live keep looking don’t move in here!!!!! If i could give this place 0 stars i would. Since Highland Vista Group Management company took over the apartment complex The Retreat @ 445 they have done nothing to improve the living situation at the complex but have steady increased rent and on top of that are now charging for everything that was included in the rent and doubled the cost of the expense. When i say everything I MEAN EVERYTHING!! If your looking for somewhere to stay make sure this company does not own or manage the location cause they are the worlds worse. Then on top of this they charge u a fee no matter what method of payment you use if its card $5 fee if its check $10 fee. It’s ridiculous and i regret i ever renewed my lease.

Absolutely GREAT place! Fortunately they had one apartment available when I needed to move from what has to be the WORST apartment complex in the state of Alabama!
The front office staff is great and the maintenance on the buildings is top notch.
They are clean,well maintained and safe apartments. I would recommend this place to anyone...

This place is awesome! This is my first time living by myself and I couldn't have chosen a better place. It's a safe and family friendly complex. The staff is so nice and maintenence is great too. We had an issue with the AC, but they got in there and fixed it and I couldn't be more satisfied. As a new mom, I don't have to worry about the safety of me or my baby in the apartment or outside, and that's a huge plus for me. Definitely would urge you to consider this place if you're on the market.

I recently moved into Rolling Hills and I had nothing but a pleasant experience with Sherry and Hillary. They are updating the interior of the apartment with granite counter tops, wood styled flooring, stainless steel appliances, and more! I shopped the area pretty thoroughly and wanted an apartment without breaking the bank. I have a brand new apartment in Millbrook and didn’t have to move to Montgomery to save money. I highly recommend. The previous reviews do not accurately represent the new management team in the office nor the updates that they are implementing. Maintenance staff was very friendly as well...haven’t needed them yet so that’s a good sign!

I would put zero stars if possible. Apartment outdated , no ceiling fans, A/C barely works, rent is overpriced for tiny apartments, appliances old & don't function correctly, Apartment Manager is always rude & nasty, pool hasn't been open in 3 years & when it is open, you can only use it during office hours.

Had an amazing experience with management!! Hillary and Sherri are super sweet and helpful. After looking all over Prattville and Millbrook, they have some of the best customer service. Apartments are being updated, and are super affordable.

Moved in a month ago and it's been the worse. Baby roaches everywhere and i should have knew something when the mngr said they spray every thursday. Most places spray by the month. I've had several noise complaints about my 2 & 3yr old who act like normal toddlers. But when I was handing over money I mentioned that bc i have an upstairs unit and was told it'll be fine I was put in a unit with people with small kids. Im so over this place. It's not to be considered a home bc u can't be at peace or relax in your own spot that u pay for. Im sure within the next month or so my lease will be broken and i will be out of here.
