We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy home. The host was extremely friendly and responsive to communications. The beds were comfortable and the home was very clean. I had to work remotely and was happy that the wifi was reliable. We loved being in the downtown area and so close to the ocean. Overall: great location, wonderful home, responsive hosts, and we had everything we needed.

Quiet, cozy and dog friendly. I really enjoyed our stay in Cottage #5. It was very clean, filled with up to date amenities and very comfortable. Parking was easy in the heart of Los Osos Baywood. I will absolutely rent here again. The staff was very accommodating and helped me to modify my reservation quickly. A perfect stay in our little home away from home.

Stayed right in the heart of Baywood in the sleepy town of Los Osos. The accommodation was cozy and had everything we needed, not to mention a great location and electric charging for my 2017 volt. Able to walk to all our favorite establishments and the beach! Love this spot, very special place.

Perfect place to stay in SLO! Everything was pristine, clean, absolutely gorgeous. Loved how we could easily walk to downtown over the bridge by the train. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. We especially enjoyed the views of the mountains from several windows. The balcony was such an asset. Could easily park cars. Beautiful place.

My brothers and I just stayed here and the home was absolutely perfect. All the comforts you can ask for. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with dishes and cookware. The beds were incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.

My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids ages 10 and 7) stayed at the Manzanita property in Los Osos for 2 months and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were returning to the states from a 6 month sabbatical, relocating to the Central Coast area and needed a place to stay while house hunting. From the beginning, the property manager Leslie was very responsive and very accommodating. We had a few requests, which included having the grandparents visiting with their dog for a few weeks and Leslie was very accommodating to all our needs.
The property was perfect for our stay. It had just the right amount of room and space, the backyard was perfect to accommodate the dog, and had all the supplies and amenities we needed. This venue is very family oriented, with lots of outdoor activities surrounding the area that seem to take just about 20 min driving distance to get to (Morro Bay, Montana de Oro state park/beach, hiking trails, San Luis Obispo). This property is located centrally in Los Osos in walking distance to a couple markets, a couple restaurants (including an alehouse that has live music), a playground, pickleball/tennis courts, library, skate park, and basketball courts. Our kids loved walking over to the old closed down school a block away and playing in the field. We went on wonderful walks around the friendly neighborhood and took in the amazing views of Morro Bay. We had a magnificent view of Morro Bay Rock from our dining room window. And we could see the playground and school grounds from our living room window.
Leslie made sure to check in with me here and there to see how our stay was going, and again was very responsive if I had any questions or needs. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend this property and management company to anyone wanting to stay in the Central Coast area.

We just got back from a vacation house using these wonderful people! When we walked into the home, it was nicer than any hotel I’ve stayed at. Everything was perfectly in place, clean, and decorated so high end. The house was stocked with all you would need. All items in the home matched and you could tell the owners/decorated put a lot of thought and effort into this place. We rent a lot of vacation homes and this one was by far the cleanest and best bang for your buck. The company had the best communication and was on top of all their emails/ notifications for the stay. They even checked on us through out the trip. If we had a question or anything, they responded VERY quickly! I HIGHLY recommend!
