I recently moved into the Revere Apartments, and I'm very glad I did. The staff has been very professional from the moment I inquired about leasing. The entire procedure was stress-free and easy thanks to Orlando and his staff.

The maintenance service is excellent! My maintenance requests have always been handled quickly. Typically within a day.

The location is so convenient for me. Whole Foods is right across the street and Trader Joe's is practically next door at the Pruneyard. I absolutely love this because I can walk right over to get exactly what I need for the next few days which means less spoiled food and less food waste.

All things considered, I heartily endorse Revere Apartments to anyone searching for a well-managed, first-rate living environment. The team really stands out for its commitment to resident satisfaction.

We've lived at Revere for about half a year now, and it's been an amazing experience! The apartment was in great shape when we moved in (still is :-)), and maintenance is always there quickly to fix any problems that arise. The common areas are great: they're well-maintained, there's ample space, and everything is as good as new.

The staff has been incredible, too. They've been very accommodating and friendly, and always available to help.

I'd absolutely recommend Revere!

I lived here for 6 months and didn’t have any issues while staying here. I picked this place because it is one of the properties that my company uses for corporate housing, so I’d had a chance to essentially test it out for a couple of months before signing a lease.

However, when I moved out, they not only held on to my full security deposit, they charged extra to cover repainting and carpet cleaning, which was unexpected and not communicated before move-out. I had the apartment professionally cleaned and requested a walkthrough before move-out but didn’t get one because “no one was available” — they then proceeded to charge me $305 for cleaning. If there had been better communication around move-out expectations, I wouldn’t have bothered to hire a cleaner.

Their process also involved immediately sending the account to collections before even sending you your final statement with any balance they’re expecting after they’ve thrown all these charges at you. I have lived in multiple apartments across multiple states, and this is hands-down the worst and most opaque move-out process I’ve ever seen.

We had an extremely disappointing experience with Revere Campbell. Their mishandling of our security deposit was the beginning of a frustrating ordeal. They readily acknowledged their accounting mistake in an email but then chose to ignore us completely. The exorbitant fees they levied for painting and cleaning far exceeded reasonable expectations for normal wear and tear.
Their unprofessionalism reached new lows as they stopped responding to our inquiries, leaving us with no recourse but to pursue legal action in small claims court. It's disheartening to see such a lack of integrity.
We strongly advise prospective tenants to research FPI Management's reviews on the Better Business Bureau website before considering renting from Revere Campbell. Our experience is not unique, and unless you have money to spare and enjoy unnecessary stress, we suggest looking elsewhere. Additionally, the property's security left much to be desired, especially considering the high cost of living there.
To add to the litany of issues, our storage room was repeatedly broken into during our time at Revere Campbell. This alarming security lapse was yet another indication of the property's overall lack of safety measures. It's deeply concerning that such incidents occurred in a place where residents should feel secure. This only adds to the long list of reasons why we strongly discourage anyone from considering Revere Campbell as their place of residence.
The laundry list of problems at Revere Campbell seems never-ending. Not only did they fail to address critical security issues like our storage room being broken into multiple times, but they also displayed a shocking lack of concern for tenant reports, doubting even something as basic as dog pee in the elevator.

The presence of a homeless person squatting in a model unit is a testament to their poor oversight and management. The fact that homeless belongings and stolen bikes were left untouched in an old bike room, ignored by management, is utterly unacceptable.
To top it off, our 7 year old daughter won gift cards at a community event, which were never delivered to her. When we inquired about them, instead of professionalism, we were subjected to internal communications inadvertently being shared with us. It's a clear reflection of their disregard for tenants' concerns.
And let's not forget the ongoing issue with the malfunctioning grill near the pool for over two years. Revere Campbell's inability to address these basic problems and provide a safe, comfortable living environment is simply inexcusable. This place is a tenant's nightmare, and we share our experience primarily to warn prospective tenants. We strongly advise against renting here.

We have been living here for almost a year. Every day we are happy to be residents of Revere. Very attentive management. All requests are resolved very quickly. Very safe, clean and beautiful. It is also a very convenient location, as everything you need can be found within walking distance. Pharmacies, grocery, area with restaurants, cinema, playgrounds, etc. also, it is very pleasing that not a single parcel, not a single delivery has ever been lost. The apartments are very family friendly, cozy and many animals❤️

I have lived here for two years and just renewed for my third. Aside from the great location, the staff is always helpful. Maintenance requests are typically completed within a day. Of course things are not perfect but I have seen major improvements over the past year. Looking forward to another great year at Revere!

Update on this complex. I lived here for 2+ years and moved here because I didn’t look closely at the reviews but after being frustrated while living there and after moving out I realized the reviews are very accurate. First the advertised rent is not actually what you pay. There’s all sorts of hidden fees that you learn about once you move in. Second and most important, these guys keep all of your deposit when you move out and attempt to charge you more on top of that. I’ve lived in so many apartments in the Bay Area and in NYC and have never not gotten my deposit back (read the reviews here, it happens to everyone). My story is the same as everyone else who’s left reviews here, the usual minimal wear and tear, inquiring where my deposit is after moving out, and receiving a letter stating they’re keeping it and charging more for made up exorbitant cleaning and painting fees despite leaving a clean apartment. Read the reviews and don’t fall for this slumlord trap.
