This was by far the most amazing experience I have ever had with any lender. I only was able to get the property we wanted so badly based on Jim and Chaz helping me out with a Bridge Loan that I never thought I would qualify for. They are the reason that we were able to make this happen! And every step of the way they have been so kind, professional, great communicators, and a joy to work with. When we were in a tough situation near the end of our contingency. For selling our home to solidify the contract on a new one, we reached out to Jim and within less than 24 hours after providing the required documentation which was not a big deal we had the approval letter For fairly substantial bridge loan if needed to make our transaction happen. Totally impressed with the service and the response time that Jim and the company provided.

Worst experience ever with more then 10 loan closings since first real estate purchase. INVESTORS BEWARE, Jim will claim he can handle investment purchases then at last minute will claim that your asking for the near impossible, increase fees etc... Would NEVER use Jim again. His "team" is not able to step in if he is not available, one man show.
