My personal experience with this company is a pleasant one! I personally dealt with Henry, who made the whole process easier for me! The sale process was pretty simple and he was a prince as far as doing whatever he could to assist in any way possible to make such a difficult thing easier! He even takes it a bit further, by this I am saying that he has cared enough to just check on me to see how I am doing. Sometimes, that alone is appreciated more than anything!

I would highly recommend R&H Distressed Properties in particular Henry Loud! Henry was Great to work with from start to finish and made an offer that was better than anyone else and worked with me from the first day all the way to the closing date. Henry was up front with everything and made sure that I was comfortable with everything and understood everything throughout the whole process. We were able to open escrow the next business day from making a deal and have a very very quick closing, probably the fastest escrow open and closing I have personally herd of, although my closing went past the anticipated original closing date by one business day that was something the title company had ran into a small snag on and was not under any control of Henry or R&H distressed properties but Henry called them multiple times a day to make sure it would get done and even closing the next business day morning it was still very fast closing from start to finish for a title company to close in 10 days is very impressive!
After The escrow closing transition was completed. For my deal I told Henry I needed two weeks from closing to move and remove what I wanted from the house and Henry also offered resources to help if needed!
Although it was a very fast process only being less than one month all together it All went very smoothly and Henry was always in contact to make sure everything was going well and I did not need any help or additional resources to help me move out and take all of my belongings from the house! I was also able to leave whatever i did not want anymore and not need to spend time cleaning any of it out of the house.

This whole process was very easy for me and I would recommend Henry Loud to anyone who is looking to have a fast sell and wants to sell quickly and easily and not need to fix up the house or remodel to sell!
