I have a very favorable review for Ricardo and his team.
I, myself have worked in sales for 38 years and now that I am retired I still want responsible, dependable and courteous service. Ricardo and his team gave me most of what I felt I deserved.
Since COVID, I feel that customer service has declined 50%. I realize what Real Estate agents go through. I have many friends that have been or still are in the profession. This profession is a 24/7 job.
If I have a question on a Sunday I want to be able to call my agent.
Ricardo did a good job and got me the price I wanted, but I felt a little like I was out of line for calling certain times of the week or at night.
Don’t get me wrong,
He is professional and knows the market and will educate you with the facts.
Yes I would use him again but I myself am very critical.
He is a good person and ethical and I’m sure you will be happy.

Ricardo is a very nice person, and is easy to work with. He is a professional, and an expert at his work. Ricardo was the most hardworking and experienced professional agent that I have ever worked with. I’ve bought and sold 2 homes prior to Ricardo in the past and by far the hardest working realtor I have known. He physically worked on the property to close the escrow. Ethics are everything when it comes to being the best in your field. Well, Ricardo far surpassed my expectations as an agent.
