I have known Rick and his family for a fairly long time, and they have always been very nice and fair people. So when it came time to look into purchasing a home, I didn't have any doubts. Rick was super accommodating and we looked at a ton of houses, and due to my own indecisiveness, never even purchased one at that time. When it came time to make a sale, I was able to again use Rick's help and I was very impressed with the entire experience. With just a quick walk through, he gave me clear and honest feedback about the things i should fix and update to improve the sale (things i never would have even thought of myself, or that i didn't think would matter--but did matter). He also provided recommended timing for the best market/sale and other things to take into account. The pictures turned out awesome. When we talked pricing, I was thinking something different initially from Rick was, but he gave me his honest thoughts, listened to what I had to say, told me our options and his recommendations, and let me choose ultimately where we should list it. And it could not have worked out better as things still came in better than expected. I am sure I am not the easiest guy to work with on this sort of stuff, so I am super grateful for the help from Rick and I could not have asked for things to go any easier. What an amazing agent! As a first time home buyer I read a lot of horror stories. I was definitely afraid to begin this process but I will admit Rick made this process so smooth I can't even believe it.

We began this process with Rick with a scheduled zoom meet and greet. During this time we were able to review our needs and wants, and budget. We reviewed all of our expectations and he hit the ground running. In a few hours we had a list of properties that met our criteria.

Rick Would gently give his opinion or notify us if he found a true cause for concern (which is what we wanted). He never pressured, forced, or coerced us to make a decision.
