Rick is the man, hands down. He is extremely knowledgeable about the Local Market. Rick was very patient with my wife and myself and didn't try to force us into a home that we weren't comfortable with or that didn't fit our budget/needs. We toured MANY homes and Rick was always willing to help us out and communicate and coordinate his schedule to fit our needs. Honest, Easy going, truly there for you. Rick was amazing in helping us look for our new home. We were looking for something specific and outside of town. With a lot of buyers in the market it was definitely a challenge not to get into a bidding war which made finding the right home that much more difficult. We found a home we loved and unfortunately the sellers accepted the first offer that came in. Rick contacted their sellers agent for us on multiple occasions to ask if they would honor a backup offer. After several attempts and refusals of accepting one, the sellers agent finally called Rick back and to let him know the original offer fell through and they would like to proceed with our backup offer without placing the house back on the market. It was because of Rick's persistence, determination and personal touch that we ended in our now and hopefully, forever home. Both my husband and I would highly recommend Rick Sufuentes to anyone looking for not just an agent, but someone who understands what your are looking for and goes the extra mile for you to get it. He is professional, kind and makes you feel like he's in it the hunt for your home right beside you and every step of the way.

I have bought two homes and sold one home with Rick. He is a professional through and through. Keeps you updated through the process, calms you down when you get stressed out, and make sure you end up in the best position possible. Give great advice and follows through and past the sale to make sure we were happy and everything was perfect. I really can't recommend him enough. Stand up guy not trying to push a sale instead trying to focus on making sure you are happy and find what you were looking for.
