This builder is full of lies…their so called “customer care manager” Robert Estrada never returns calls or emails about any concerns. We bought our house nearly a year ago and were told about receiving a ring doorbell camera which we still haven’t received. I’ve contacted several times in regards to this issue and every time I am being told it’s not here yet and they don’t know when it’ll get here. A few of my neighbors who bought their homes months after we did, already received theirs!!! Really unprofessional…

Lack of care for quality work. I have lived here since March of 2022 and there is still repairs that have not been addressed on my home. Damaged stucco, (there before I moved in) cracked drywall, cabinet hinges detaching still not fixed. Multiple request have been filled and still no customer representative to help. Had two appointments set up with the customer service manager “T**” and he never showed up or called me Back for either appointment when it came to addressing the damaged stucco. (See photos)Reference photo with the tape also. That was the tape we placed when doing our walk through before I moved in. (Still not fixed or addressed). I have reached out many times to get this work taken care of. I held off writing a review in hopes these issues would be addressed. Unfortunately here we are.

If searching for a home consider Woodside homes at ridge view location as a last resort.
See attached photos, all photos have been sent for repairs multiple times. Still not fixed.

They have old papers with old pricing and one of the agents has crossed out her name and hand written it on the old papers. What that tells me is they will TRY and look professional and skimp on savings. That translates to what else are they skimping on?
