My partner and I lived there for a little over two years. It was a quiet and peaceful place. We never have any major issues there, and all maintenance problems (there was fairly little) were done in a quick manner. I could talk for hours and hours about how great the maintenance man is there! He became a friend of ours very quickly and we still think about him weekly! The property manager is all pretty cool. We would definitely move back there if a bigger apartment opened up. Many thanks!

After my visit to check out this place I understand why there are plenty of complaints about the manager Galena. The owner or Dobler Mgmt, must not care about her attitude towards other people. OMG!

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. This is the first review I’ve ever written because it was such a terrible experience. Do NOT live here. Trying to move out was a nightmare, they switched owners and on their end wrote the wrong end lease date and made us pay an extra month which was 7 hundred dollars more than what we were paying. They have the worst communication and we went in 7 times before the manager would see me. Our neighbors would throw trash off their balcony into our part of the yard. A lady that lives in the apartment complex was a begging for money everyday in the complex, so uncomfortable. Probably the worst customer serviced place I have ever been to. Then to top it off we got nothing back from our deposit! Please don’t live here and waste your money. There used to be so many bad reviews from recently and I just checked again and all of them are deleted. If mine gets deleted I will continue to post bad reviews until it sticks, so others don’t make the same mistake as me.

We recently moved out of the Ridgedale apartment complex and enjoyed our experience there. The apartments are a wonderful price, incredibly quiet, spacious bedrooms, huge decks, and in a really great location! The gym is nice and well-kept and the pool is very nice for the summer months!
My husband got a new job and we had to unexpectedly move. Management was very understanding and was wonderful in the entire moving out process.
Highly recommend this apartment complex.

One of the best application processes I've ever had. They were super helpful the whole way through and helped us secure a one bedroom. They always answered the phones if I had any questions about the move in or lease. The community is very nice and quiet. I've got to say this is the best apartment I've ever stayed at.

I’ve lived here for close to a year and absolutely love it. It’s quiet affordable and well maintained. The property managers Galina and Katherine are extremely professional and show great customer service anytime I deal with them. The maintenance team also are very kind and friendly and do an amazing job at keeping everything safe and properly working. The best part about this place is that people mind their business and it’s quiet. They have great residents here. Hands down, Best Apartments in UP!

The place is very nice to live in. One advice if you decide to live is that be patient with the manager. The manager is unprofessional aggressive. This is not just my opinion, but at least five of my neighbors who still live there. If you lived there, make sure that before you hand over the key, take pictures for your entire apartment. Because, they will charge you more then the security deposit, they will claim that your place needs to be cleaned.

I moved here about 8 months ago, and I can say that this is by far one of the best apartment complexes I've ever lived in. It's clean, quiet, in a nice location, and very reasonably priced. The apartment itself is very nice and well-designed. The amenities are an added bonus. The office staff has always been incredibly friendly and helpful. I would recommend living here without any hesitation.
