I was introduced to ridgetop by a friend, he has passed and I plan to visit this place every yr as long as I can. The house is nice, it's not just a shed with air conditioning ita actually a home.
My family loved the time we spent here, access to the trails, a small restaurant at end of the road, also very close to the ashland stores. I can't wait to visit again and again.

We found it. It's THE place to stay if you're gonna tear up some Hatfield McCoy trails. The accommodations, spotless. The size, quite large (That's what she said). The price, fair. The people, very friendly. What more could you ask for? Nothing. This place has it all, wifi, ATV hose wash, plenty of parking, clean and comfortable. 10/10 would stay again. Thanks for having us!

Cody & Sheila are great folks. The house is fantastic. The hospitality exceeds any place I’ve been ever before. They swing by and always check on their guest. If you’re not staying here, then you’re not staying at the right place. Highly recommend these folks.

Awesome place, Awesome owners. We've stayed here a couple times a year for the past couple years! Have always walked into a super clean home, everything already there for you all you need is food! Cody and his wife take exceptional care of the property and genuinely want to make sure their renters have a great time at their rental. The location is perfect for us as it's centrally located to 3 of the HMC trailheads as well a ton of the outlaw trails. The owners live across the street we always feel safe leaving our bikes out and never have to worry about locking items up. This is the only place we will stay anymore (unless we bring our camper).
