Our experience with Rima spanned about 8 months. We had purchased a new home the previous year, and the renovations kept dragging and dragging on, and so we could not move out of our old house. Rima was patient with us the whole time, and constantly checked in on us to see how we were doing. When we were finally ready to put the house on market, she had everything lined up for us and moved quickly (faster than we were prepared for!).
