I have been trying to reach out to this realtor with cash in hand on a property and haven't gotten but on response stating they would get me some additional info. After not hearing anything after a week I reached out numerous times to no avail. You would think a place on the market for over 200 days the realtor would show a little interest. Makes ya wonder!!!
