Robin sold our investment property in a mere 2 weeks. She was totally hands on and limited my involvement in the whole process from beginning to end...exactly what I wanted! Robin does not use lockboxes and she handles all showings herself, regardless of what broker brought the client to the property. Robin truly is the best of the best in the CNY real-estate market. From the very beginning of the home buying and selling process she laid out all of the details and explained every possible outcome. I had bought before with Robin but had never sold before so initially I had a lot of questions and anxiety. She does absolutely EVERYTHING for her clients. From showings, to appraisals, inspections, you name it, she is right there as if you home is her own home. There is not a time where she was not there for an appointment.
