We have been using River Mountain as our rental property management company for 2 years. They are amazing. I managed my own property for several years and that was definitely not the way to do things. The additional rent they have been able to get us more than covers their management fee, so they are essentially free. They handle all the maintenance issues and communicate with us when ever we need them to. They are super responsive and wonderful to work with. I would recommend them to everyone.

I recently had the pleasure of having Jason replace the locks on my door, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Jason was incredibly polite, nice, and friendly throughout the entire process. He made engaging conversation, which made the experience even more pleasant. Most importantly, he took the time to ensure I fully understood how to operate the new lock system.
