Aneyda, Janette and the office Manager are outstanding!!! They’re friendly, offer assistance and guidance when you need help. I let them know when I’m going out of town and they reminded me to also let the security team know so they could keep and eye on my apartment. I’ve only been here 4 months, but in that time they have made me feel very welcome.

SLUM LORDS: the manager asked for two extra weeks to prepare the unit and this is how she moved me in. She was rude, blamed me for not having extra time to give her, and refused to provide the number to corporate. She told me to Google it. I’ll also Google review this health hazard move in. I had to take an unpaid week of work and live in a hotel with my kid and emotional support pets due to her delay and she didn’t care enough to even start on time. The unit was filthy, dangerous, has black mold or mildew, holes and is just an all around hazard. Corporate didn’t care until I threatened to call the city and state yesterday. I called CAM Property Management over 20 times asking for the regional and asset managers. They stopped picking up the phones. Never once have either contacted me. The closet door fell on me and I got stabbed by a nail poking through a hole in the master bedroom. Now I need a tetanus shot. The name may be new but they are still Slum Lords. Check their BBB reviews….. I didn’t and I am suffering and in harms way! Move elsewhere if you can.

They are unprofessional. They are Lazy. I've a hole in my roof that is heavily leaking water from that I told them on Thursday September 12th. It's the 21st the hole still there and water is still dripping and Streaming out of said hole for those days. They know this. Yet they do nothing but take personal calls all day.

That's right their is still a hole in my roof.
At least the water stopped. Thanks 3rd Party.

I've lived here for 20 plus years and because I'm on housing you guys think you have the right to evict me.... This round of management is nothing but a huge joke.... A day after these so called management did a un announced walk through I get a 60 day now to vacate the property..... When you lie it's bad for business and1 karma will it's do's... I am 67 yrs old on oxygen blind out of one¹ eye and heath is not in tip top shape... So you and your boss are aware I am looking into having a nother law suite brought against this property for discrimination and retaliation and to the property owners you all should Invest in hiring people that. Actually knows a little bit about management instead of hiring people that let the word manager get to there head.

Don't waste your money. The people in the office never answer the phone. They have terrible office hours, but choose to not answer even when they are actually open. Nothing ever gets fixed properly and certainly not within a timely manner.. They are messing with people's lives and livelihoods, and they couldn't care less. The parking lot situation is ridiculous. $20 A MONTH for a covered spot (thats basically useless any time it rains due to flooding) not including the $1100 a month I'm already paying for ONE BEDROOM.. Atrocious.. Literally anywhere else is probably better.

I drove by because I’m interested in the complex and was really happy with the appearance. The metal fence around the complex gives it an extra level of security. It’s what I’m looking for with my baby. Fence looks amazing all around!

Dont even deserve 1 star. Not a good place to live especially with younger kids they took down all the play areas and wont even let the paletero(ice cream man) cuz some girl ona golf cart told him hes not allowed to come around and sell ice cream especially during the summer is crazy, the management sucks most of them are all rude,dont get me started on the building..the floor upstairs is soo noisy creaking all the time and everything is always breaking around the apartment even raising the rent bills up?‍♀️. Worst place to ever live its like hell.
