This place is like Disneyland! Well kept! Stephanie, Jackie, Leo, and Carlos are amazing people! They are very pleasant and always willing to help us tenants’ needs and maintenance’s work in the apartments with a smile!

Most apartments in Yuma suck! I moved out of Riverpark due to the horrible noise all the time from being so close to busy streets and loud dogs yapping. Must be the busiest intersection in town and even had 2 cars speed by and crash into the complex entrance.

Overall, staff was nice, but slow to get things done. Also, nice pool and spa area, but always too many people in there.

Love living here!! Been here for about 8 months, it’s a nice and safe area to call home. This is my first time living in an apartment complex. Office management, Jacky and Stephanie always answer any questions I have. Whenever we’ve had a maintenance issue, Leo is there to help resolve the problem. Landscaping is always kept up. Definitely recommend!

Excellent apartments conveniently close to shopping within walking distance. Maintenance staff is quick, efficient & friendly. Stephanie & Jackie at the leasing office are always very helpful & a pleasure to deal with. They both make a great team with awesome personalities!

I just moved in to my apartment at River Park. Stephanie is great! She helped make the whole process, from the beginning up to the move-in day, a breeze.
The maintenance team headed by Leo is amazing and very helpful. They are extremely professional and prompt with everything.
So glad to have chosen to live in River Park!

Fantastic property. Jackie and her wonderful staff is very friendly and helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to help out. Leo and his Maintanance staff is very on top of things and a very quick to fix and problems that may occur and arise.

Ever since I moved in to River Park, Stephanie has been a great great help to me. She’s always very friendly and greets me with a smile! It’s one thing that she helps me with everything apartment related, but it’s another thing that she’s able to put a smile on my face after a long day at work. Thank you so much!

I have lived here over 5 years and must say I enjoy the stay. The maintenance staff is very prompt when dealing with repairs but I must say I dont need them often! I enjoy the area I live in.. quite and nice neighbors. The office staff are very professional and just overall nice to deal with. I recently broke my hip and Stephanie told me to call her if I had any packages to pick up and she would bring them to my apartment or one of the maintenance staff would. Fantastic service from this crew in general and I really enjoy being so close to all the shopping areas. All in all a nice place to stay whether your by yourself or have a family.
