So, many things. First, I continue a long, few day email exchange so I could view an apartment (which I didn’t even know I wanted) and I’m told I need to fill out a questionnaire . I fill out the questionnaire, and then I’m told I need an application so I do that.And after that long week and a half and trying to contact them again after a weekend, suddenly, I’m being sent the same questionnaire. They treat me as if I never filled out an application and didn’t have many previous conversations. When I tried to explain, it was like I was speaking or I guess typing to a wall. When I tried to respond, I used my phone to email them back and then NOTHING. No answers, no help, and a week and a half of just wasted time. I don’t even write reviews but this has to have been my worst experience since coming to this state.

Their team takes incredible care of us and our tenants and makes everything run as smoothly as possible. They kept changing the showings of an apartment I was interested in last minute and were VERY pushy when scheduling the first showing! then THEY CANCELED that showing I moved my schedule around to see! I am a BUSY person so making arrangements to see the apartment is complicated and I cant keep switching my already set schedule just for it to keep getting canceled! so unprofessional!

On the site advertised an apartment..made the appointment an hour after the set time..get an email " sorry under contract" ..as of now the apartment is still being listed. I replied "good to see bait and switch is still alive and thriving "..this is one of the reasons real estate people have shady reputations..don't care what the response is..you people need to actually do the job the owners actually pay you for..I'm not upset by the fact the apt is under contract..I'm upset my appt was at 10 am let me hanging for 2 hours..and furthermore I was contacted today by the folks who advertised it..and they had no idea and still is being advertised..apparently no one wants to drive down..I love your condescending attitude with all negative reviews..I truly hope any considering using your office...think twice

I've rented here for 3 years. In the last few months they've ignored requests for basic repairs. I had to call the fire department to set an appointment get them to come over and look at my kitchen sink which has been clogged for over 2 months because they said they didn't believe it was clogged. They will come into the unit you rent while you aren't there without telling you. I've had Maintenance just open my door because it was unlocked and I was home. I've also come back to them leaving my apartment without getting any email a head of time. No 48 hours notice like the law says in fact they told me they only need to give 24 hours. These people are slum lords
Edit: note the comment they posted mentioning evicting me. We are actually just ending a lease. I think their comment suggests the type of business it is and how much they care about tenants
