I am currently renting at the Fairway Luxury property in Altoona. The property is well-maintained, clean, and the customer service is consistently excellent. Extremely unprofessional business and dishonest management. A disappointing attempt at running a company is what I consider this place. I’d live in a cardboard box before I rented from these slime balls.

We are newer renters of Riverbend and we are disappointed with our experience so far. Office and property managers are virtually impossible to get ahold of. At signing, the wrong lease had been sent to us, which should have been a red flag. Out of the 3 keys given at the start of our lease, only one of them was actually a key to our unit. Our property manager was alerted, through text since I have not once had a phone call answered, and it took 4 business days to get a response. Our mailbox key also didn’t work and they sent us to the post office to schedule a lock change and new key, who then told us the landlords should be the ones changing the mailbox locks if needed, not the tenants.

Rent is manageable and the unit is clean, just seems to not be managed well.

Overall, I had a great experience with Riverbend Rentals. My unit was very nice, the rent was reasonable, and maintenance did a great job coming in a timely manner when requested. I also really appreciate how understanding Robin, my property manager, was when I asked if I could get out of my lease a month early as I was getting married. Not only did she honor this request, I wasn't charged for breaking my lease.
