If you chose these Real Estate Professionals and purchased a home, congratulations, I am so happy for you! I tried, lol! My interactions didn't get that far unfortunately. 🙁 I attended a workshop (last summer) and thought this team was more than just talk, unfortunately I was wrong. First, the lender they had on hand quoted me 100,000+ LESS than my current one. Then, I had many Facebook interactions, text messages and phone calls, with many left messages, but I was the one left hanging, as well as my lender. :/ I was asked to give them a 'chance' to 'interview' for the position as my Real Estate agent, which wasn't necessary, I had already chosen them. But I guess in the end, I wasn't chosen as the client. So many posts on Facebook talking about their program and what they can do in order to guide you towards purchasing your new home (I was always so excited to read them!!), yet they can't take the time to stay in communication with someone who is so willing to work with them. Honestly, from talking to many other home buyers around this area, I'm finding so many realtors in the Richmond Metro are just like this, smh! I can't believe I wasted my time. #FooledByTheHype
