I have been a tenant for a few years and love it here. The management and office personnel are very pleasant. Any problems are dealt with in a timely manner.
I would recommend this property as it is quiet and gated and close to all shopping needs.

I have lived at Rivers edge for over 5 years and i have never felt more at home as i have living here. The staff and maintenance are amazing. Timely repairs, quiet, gated in a great community. During Covid the management really made sure we were taken care of which says allot.

Love it here! My husband and I have been here for 2 years now and are renewing our lease again! It is conveniently located close to shops and a gas station is right down the street. The community is one of the only one I know of that accept all dogs with no pet rent! The staff is great and extremely helpful.

Such a big change from a couple of years ago!! The entrance gate is fully working, on site security, laundry rooms are really nice! The new managers a really good people, no one hanging outside keep up noise and it just comfortable living!!

Great place to live. Areas conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and the American River. The staff and the owners are really helpful (thank you Jenn and Heather 😉) The maintenance man definitely is a hard worker, super nice and cool. Thank you Rivers Edge for everything.
