Property management is the most unprofessional group I have ever interacted with. I highly recommend that anyone avoids living here at all costs. I moved in last December and didn't even live here for a year due to several poor living conditions including non functioning outlets in the bedroom, the broken refrigerator (which wasn't "broken enough" to be repaired-direct quote from their maintenance team), the putrid odors in the hallways, ant infestation at the entrance (only during summer months), and one specific tenant leaving used underwear all over the parking lots and signage.

Lived here for just over a year. My apartment was brand new when I moved in with new appliances and utility hookups. Also, the excess kitchen space and storage was fantastic for my smaller floor plan.

Michelle was incredibly welcoming during move-in and very understanding when I was running behind schedule during moving day. She made the application process and paperwork straightforward, simple to understand, and easy to reference.

The apartments are in an excellent location near Five Corners and near busy transit routes via GMT and Amtrak for those without a car.

I only had to contact maintenance once. It was easy to do using the online portal and they responded to my request very quickly and professionally.

Overall I'd highly recommend Riverside in the Village for anyone looking for apartments in the area.

Okay place to live. Maintenance works hard to stay in front of issues. Right now they're busy getting ahead of plumbing leaks in buildings so don't take an apt on the first or second floor. Property management can be courteous, respectful and they can be bossy and rude too, not to mention the fact is they raised our rent twice in one year. Another issue that may be bothersome is the construction every summer. Buildings get torn down and new ones put up. You have to wonder what happened to the tenants in those buildings. Evicted or relocated? If you want to live here you'll need to be tolerant of noise during spring through fall.

I am a current resident and am really appreciative of the team that takes care of The property. The grounds are very well kept, especially during the winter months when it matters most.

The office is very professional and helpful with any requests or questions I’ve had.

Parking space is not an issue here there are plenty of spaces, both assigned and free parking spaces.

Keeping up with fire and safety requirements is something the management is very thorough about.

They always give you at least a weeks notice or more if they have to access the apartment. They also explain the exact date in their notices.

The quality of the apartments is impressive, new countertops without scratches, beautiful tile flooring, spacious cabinetry and plenty of storage. The appliances are in great shape!

The buildings themselves offer great soundproofing from the other apartments around us, I have not had any issues with any neighbors around me.

Overall a great place to live! I would highly recommend them to anyone I know.

Michelle and her staff are very professional and helpful. The maintenance crew makes sure the parking lot is always maintained and the apartments are perfect. If you're looking for a new apartment I strongly recommend looking here
