After one year staying with Riverton Rentals, we are sad to leave such a nice property. Paul and Christy were always incredibly responsive and understanding. Riverton Rentals was one of the few property owners in the area who were pet friendly! Our dog loved the fenced in backyard and our cat loved the huge windows. Highly recommend this property management group as they were an honest team, always available to assist us throughout our move-in and residency.

I have recently relocated back to Riverton, WY and have been trying to get settle as make it home. I contacted Rivertonrentals after a few weeks of web search’s.Upon going on the website and locating a couple of properties of interest, I followed the application process listed on their webpage and submitted my information (Monday), which is also the same day I received my first text communication from Diane (Office Manager) and a follow up call to go over my application. Diane was wonderful and very warm and personable over the phone and through follow up messages through text. They started their process to verify the information that I provided and she pleasantly kept me informed in a timely manner on updates on the process. By Thursday I met with Paul to view 2 locations. Paul was engaging and fun and very easy to work with. The properties that we viewed were very well represented on the webpage with tons of pictures and a walk through video, so it was easy to know the conditions of the rentals. In the walk through process Paul guided me through each location and gave me a back ground on each home. He was easy to talk to and exuberant. I still wasn’t sure which location I wanted to settle down in and I asked for him to give me until Friday to make a decision. On Friday morning I texted lovely Diane and told her which location I was interested in. She said that Paul would be in touch with me shortly. By Friday and 4:30 pm I had my new keys in hand! I highly recommend Rivertonrentals (Paul and Diane) as they made what could have been arduous process stress free but also enjoyable. Officially providing me a house that I can make home.
