All I have to say is I really appreciate maintenance and Amanda the property manager. So attentive and helpful! Whenever an issue occurs Amanda is always trying to get to the bottom of things.
Only downside is some of the other neighbors here are not very courteous of others around them. Hoping that stops soon!

I’ve been living at the Perch from the beginning of the commitment of RMS and I can honestly say that the Landlord/Tenant communication is 100 percent better than the prior Management Company! Maintenance request are answered immediately and promptly dispatched to the maintenance team with prompt execution!!!! I’ll pay a little extra to live comfortable! Thanks a lot RMS
