Just want to take a minute and talk about how great our property managers are!

We have rented through several companies in town as well as a couple private owners, and Rick and Linda are simply the best. We needed in a home, and fast. We spoke on a Tuesday, and they had us approved and signing a lease by that Friday. They are kind and compassionate professionals. If you need a repair, they handle it quickly, but they also leave you the heck alone to enjoy your home. I can't say enough good things about this family owned property management company. Best in town!

I rented a duplex unit with R&L for nearly 3 years and had a great experience. Maintenance was always fast and reliable. Rent increased each year, but not as fast as the surrounding area, and the price for what we had couldn't be beat. We received a fair portion of our deposit back because we left the place in great condition. I would rent with R&L again if I ever move back to the area.
