In general, I would not recommend Keller Williams in Vermont. Their 10% commission is any where from 5 to 4% higher than what normal real estate agents might use. You can also get socked for a lot of money when you hire an attorney to validate the transaction. Keller Williams is just too expensive and you're better off finding other ways to buy property or to research property. Number of states they are just too darn high.
