Robert Atkins is an excellent agent. I met Robert at an open house two years ago. Since then he has alerted me and showed several houses that were in the style and locations I have been searching. In July, Robert gave me a heads up on a property he thought I would like. He hit it out of the park! The property was perfect. Robert was with us throughout the entire process of bidding and buying the house. He took care of every detail and made the process easy. Robert was extremely professional and attentive. We were able to purchase the house we wanted at the right price. He was able to help us navigate through a challenging time of trying to purchase during the pandemic and to compete against several offers, ultimately landing us in the perfect home. He is also very knowledgeable about home warranties and could speak clearly about the condition of the home and what we could expect. We plan on staying in our home forever but if that changes, we would certainly use him again!

Getting our family moved wasn't easy, but having Robert as our realtor made all the difference. He went above and beyond in every possible way.
