Robin is the worst property manager I’ve ever been a tenet for. She is incapable of communicating with her tenets. She will try and fine you without a notice or information as to what the fee is for. She refused to give back our security deposit for a water heater leak that was reported multiple times and she never sent maintenance for. Do not expect to get a reply to any emails!

Extremely disappointing and frustrating. The biggest issue is the complete lack of communication. Reaching Robin about anything is nearly impossible, and responses—when they come—are dismissive and unhelpful. This lack of care and professionalism has made the entire rental experience unnecessarily stressful.

The property has had ongoing issues that were never properly addressed, including a serious pest problem that went far beyond what any tenant should be expected to handle. Basic repairs were delayed for years, leading to uncomfortable living conditions and unnecessarily high utility bills.

If you’re looking for a landlord who values their tenants and maintains livable conditions, look elsewhere.
