Terrific building right in Black Rock,Ct! Apartments are spacious with great amenities. But the highlight of the building is the property manager Jennifer, she is OUTSTANDING!!!!! She is there 100% for all her tenants , anytime you need something fixed or attended to she picks the phone up immediately, or responds to an email asap! I have never had a property manager that cares like she does, as well as someone that I can call a friend. A wonderful place to call home. Thank you for all you do Jennifer🙏

I have been a resident here at Rock Ridge going on four years now. I am leaving this review to highlight and acknowledge our new property manager Jennifer. Jennifer has been very helpful and very attentive when it comes to the property, you can tell she cares when dealing with her tenants. Whenever you need her, she’s just a call or text away and always is very responsive and willing to help by any means necessary. Her first day as property manager, She left a survey and snacks for the tenants on the second floor lounge area, asking us how we felt about the property and things she could do to improve the place moving forward. She created a vibe I hadn’t felt since first moving in. It’s the little things like that, that go a long way.

Such a lovely place to live! My girlfriend and I were looking for a nice first apartment that wouldn't break the bank, and this fit the bill perfectly. Rent is very fair, the building is in good shape and not made cheaply, and the location is excellent. Right off a main road so easy to walk places, but set far enough back you don't have to deal with all the noise of the cars, it's very peaceful. The building is run very nicely as well. The property manager, Jennifer, has always been quick to help with anything that we need, no matter the time of day. She is also MUCH better than other places about dealing with issues between tenants. The maintenance staff is also very friendly and quick to resolve issues that come up. Everyone here is very friendly and always say hi when they pass you in the halls, I wouldn't settle for anywhere else!

First time moving out from my parents and honestly what a great expierence. Location is great, walking distance to BJs, wendy's, a gym, the metro north etc etc. apartment is nicely laid out with an open floor plan so skies the limit! jennifer has been very kind in aiming for the best solutions to any problem big or small. when there's a problem i know i can count on her to get it solved or provide multiple possible solutions. the walls are thick, so hearing your neighbors frolic at any hours isn't a problem. overall great location great people, and amazing staff 🙂

RockRidge is definitely home. Myself & my son absolutely love it here! Everything is up to date, well kept and very clean. Friendly & welcoming neighbors is always a plus.

Jennifer is super amazing, I can not thank her enough for making this brand new transition so smooth and easy. It’s just really comforting to know that she truly does care for us tenants and goes above and beyond to make sure RockRidge is a place to call home.

I have to also mention the convenience of the location especially as a parent. Rock Ridge is located on a quiet street, great neighborhood. Great school, right down the street and the boys and girls club is directly across the street, which is so perfect. So many great restaurants, grocery stores and so much more.

Rockridge place is a well put together building. The building manager (Jenn) such a sweet heart and caring individual. Quiet neighborhood and very beautiful inside the apartments. Very much so a cozy place to call home 😁
