Ive used Rockstar several times now utilizing their "background check" services and am extremely grateful. It's surprising to me what they have found out about potential tenants i felt were being totally honest, but then again I have a gullibility issue.

My experience as a tenant with rockstar has been terrible. I am currently renting from them and Kelly is extremely rude everytime I have every had to deal with her. I have had issues with my power flickering since I moved in and nothing has been done. Having faulty wiring is the leading cause of house fires...

Response... if that were true you would have come in pleasant toward me after the owner committed blatant discrimination toward my family. He hired your team, but you came in with a problem with me and have acted extremely rude toward me to make my experience with your company as unpleasant as you possible could and consistently texting me at unreasonable and unprofessional hours for normal business needs and saying you wish you had known sooner about the power but I told the owner 1 week after I moved in and an electrician came in and told jeff that the wiring needed replaced. When I told Kelly, Kelly just sent a handyman with a $10 voltage meter not taking the issue seriously. It took me complaining weeks later about the true dangers of having faulty wiring for an electrician to come out again and Kelly blamed me for the issue not being fixed because I didn't tell her that her hired employee did nothing because she did not communicate with him. After having to deal with the discrimination from Jeff the owner then the rude and unprofessional behavior from Kelly afterward, my experience living in this home has been one of the worst living experiences I have had. I have always paid my rent early and kept my home clean and in good condition on my part.
