I just wanted express our appreciation for April and Chris!  They were amazing and went above and beyond!  When our boy graduated high school he was offered a scholarship to play baseball at Olympic College.  He wanted to live in our RV instead of a dorm room so we drove it from San Diego to Bremerton when my wife found Rocky Point.  My wife called for info and was set that was where she trusted our boy to move!  Every step of the way over the phone and in person April and Chris have been helpful in explaining the process to us and making this move easier than it normally should have been moving our first child 1200 miles from home!  Their compassion and motivation to ease our minds he would be taken care of did not stop during the application process.  We drove the RV all the way from San Diego and the timing got us to Bremerton in the middle of he night unepectedly.  We called with updates on arrival times and April without hesitation told us not to worry about arrival time and to call her when we were close.  Despite the hour of night she met us at Rocky Point to show us the spot and help back us in.  Knowing we have never lived in the RV and only used it for vacations they helped us with suggestions on things to do when setting it up for our boy to include living in it during cold tempatures (which we were also not used to in San Diego).  April took us to the store to physically show us what we needed for him.  He lived there for about 4 months while playing baseball and going to school.  Unfortunetly baseball has called him to Northern California for spring and we had to move him this past weekend.  He loved living at Rocky Point!  My wife and I appreciate April and Chris more then they know for taking care of our boy while he was so far from home!!

Hurst and Son, LLC owned Park. THEY HAVE RAISED THE RENTS ALL OVER THE STATE OF WASHINGTON PARTICULARLY KITSAP COUNTY HERE MOBILE HOME RATES WENT FROM 6:15 TO 8:50. NO SERVICES PROVIDED. NOW THEY ARE CHARGING FOR GARBAGE AND WATER ON TOP OF THAT. THEY PRAY ON OLDER CITIZENS THAT OWN THEIR MOBILE HOMES FOR THEIR RETIREMENT, AND ARE ON FIXED INCOMES .THAT'S THEIR TARGET.
TO EVICT THEM AND STEAL THEIR HOMES.

The good reviews are phony written by Park managers and their family members and their friends. I've driven to this park and we have given the park residents their rights under the mobile home landline tenant Act of the Attorney General's office of Washington State. Hurst & Son is being investigated for their unfair and unlawful practices under Lisa's have been forced to attend on when the unlawful practices that they are trying to press on the local tenants!

Seems to be new management every 2 months. Newest set of managers established a garbage change, in which all tenants now have to buy their own trash cans and set them out down a road near where the old dumpster was. This is an expensive change for everyone living here and makes little sense. Especially given they only gave us less than 2 week notice. How on earth will anyone be able to keep track of their own cans There’s a ton of people living here and we have to set them all in the same place. Disappointed yet again, but not surprised.

I've lived here over 10 years and have had issues with the managers in the past and Venetia has done nothing but been fair and treated everyone with the same respect and not playing favorites;as the same with Axel(maintenance man).
You keep your place clean outside,pay your lot rent,follow the rules which are made for a reason wether we like them or not.
The only gripe I have is having to use my outside light to light up the street at night when there should be a street light because it's pitch black.
I want to let the investors that own Rockypoint the best 2 people that ever worked here are the ones they have now,so PLEASE try to keep them around awhile!

It's a really friendly safe trailer and rv park. Kids play freely. The place definitely needs maintenance and seems to be falling to the wayside physically but it's a nice neighborhood.

The owners are crook's and bully's. Management and or the owners cash people's money orders and then try to evict them for non-payment. most of these families are low income and can't afford attorneys, so the owners think they can do what they want . They're also the owners of illahee mobile park!
