Roger was an amazing resource and always ready to help when my sister and I needed to sell my parent’s house. I was 3 hours drive away in San Diego and he was always willing to help out when I couldn’t be there. He’s a real professional and lives in the area and knows it well. He was there every step of the way, always ready to help in someway if we needed. We spent a few months updating the house my parent’s had been in for over 50 years, and he was very patient and helpful the entire time. HIs wife even offer some design opinions and extra tiles she had to help with the remodeling.

I was hesitant about selling over the holiday season but Roger made it work and we ended up with several offers and then made it through the escrow and finally got it closed. We really appreciate all his help and time and advice which made this process so much easier than expected.

With a 50 year old house, there were a lot of problems to be fixed, and he had suggestions for contractors when we needed them. I am very grateful for all the time and assistance he gave us. Wow, where to start. Five years ago when my husband and I were looking to buy our first home and Roger was our realtor. We fell in love with a home and ultimately because of the market and the number of interested parties, Roger encouraged us to go with the listing agent to increase our chances of getting the home. (Side note: - Who does that? It cost him a commission, but he cared more about us getting that particular house than his commission.) We had some major bumps through the escrow process of buying the home, and even though he didn't make a dime off of us, Roger still helped us navigate the process and as a result of his experience, we were able to close on our first home.

Fast forward five years, my husband and I decided to move to Colorado and our obvious choice for a realtor was Roger. We had some issues that came up through the selling process and ultimately fell out of escrow twice (for very obscure reasons). The house went under contract three times - each for a higher price than before. Selling a home is a stressful process, but I honestly can't imagine having any other realtor handle our specific situation. Roger is fantastic at communicating, is open and honest. If you are considering buying or selling a house, you will not be disappointed with Roger.

We recently relocated from Sydney Australia and Roger made the entire process, so stressfree, straightforward and simple!! we had heard horror stories about how difficult it would be to find a rental and secure something, but Roger took us through the property via video call whilst we were still in Australia and made the entire process of applying and putting down a security deposit, so simple! I cannot tell you how much stress this took away from our family at what would’ve been an otherwise extremely stressful process!! Even now weeks and weeks after we have moved in Roger is still helping us whenever we have any questions or queries he really feels more like a friend then a realtor.
