Bought a commercial property in October, asked Andy to lease out one of our units, and very quickly found us a tenant for our vacancy. Was able to put a great deal together for my needs and my tenants. Not only did Andy work very quickly, but he also found us an incredible tenant as well, that we really enjoy dealing with on the day to day. Incredible person, incredible team (also worked with Stan), and very lucky to have them in this area. In regards to commercial real estate space, this is the group to go to, no need to spend time searching around. The best commercial brokers ever are here, and thankful to have them 🙂
