Ron Rice, Painting and Consulting, did an exceptional job painting the interior of our home. We are happy to recommend them!
We had begun talking with Ron about our project toward the end of last year after we learned about his company from a friend. He personally came to our house more than once to provide us with an estimate and to talk about what would be involved. We so appreciated his openness about what having the interior painted while living in the house would entail.
He and his office manager, Michelle, were flexible with scheduling, always available to answer questions, and Ron even gave us his personal cell phone number. (We never needed it, but it provided a sense of security and trust that we appreciated.) And Michelle often dropped by toward the end of the day during the two week project just to check on things.
The crew was punctual, polite, friendly, tidy and responsive. They were at our door every morning right on time and cleaned up and left when they said they would. They were very careful moving our furniture and covering it. Everyone, especially the crew lead, were quickly responsive to any questions or concerns.
There were a couple of challenging places on high ceilings for which, Kevin, an additional talented young man, stepped in. He was knowledgeable and creative, at one point crafting a very small brush to use with wood stain to match wood grain on a fan blade. He was an artist!
When it became clear that our project would take an additional day beyond what had been estimated, they simply stepped up and did the work. A hallmark of Ron Rice, Painting and Consulting, is the positive manner in which everything is addressed; we don’t recall a negative word or response to any questions or concerns.
Oh, and we have three indoor cats. It was no small challenge to “herd” them out of the way and schedule portions of the project so they couldn’t get out as well as limit their distress to the changes in their environment. We really appreciate that Ron Rice and his crew cared about their well-being.
We are very pleased with our freshly painted home!

Ron Rice painted our house last fall (2024) and were absolutely amazing to work with. The quote was fair, the labor was quick and efficient, and they even came out and did some touch ups after looking at the project and it wasn’t up to their standards. Would recommend them to family and friends!

I selected Ron Rice Painting initially based solely on their google reviews --- a lot of 5 stars. I now see why. They deserve 5 stars and more. They are exceptional in every regard: professionalism, quality of work, timeliness, and price. I spoke with Michelle initially and then met Ron when he came to my house for the estimate. Soon thereafter I was scheduled in. They started when they said. The crew arrived every day early and work hard. Friendly and hardworking. Moreover, the crew really seemed care about the quality of their work. I watched with anticipation. They exceeded my expectations at every turn. One morning after they finished, I drove up the street to my house and took it all in. I audibly said to myself, "Oh my word. That looks incredible"!

Ron Rice P&C painted the exterior of our home back in 2019 and this year we had them back to paint the interior. I wasn't looking forward to the disruption but it turned out to be so much less than I had envisioned - plus it gave us an opportunity to declutter! The techniques used kept the house dust free from the days of prepping and the painters were careful of our belongings at all times. They were extremely punctual, courteous, professional, and made sure we were 100% satisfied from day 1. The attention to detail and quality shows in every room.
