The guys taking and making my food order in the morning are always super nice. Love coming here just for them. Food is always great too.

I don’t like their check out experience though. The front end staff is always either busy talking amongst themselves or abrasive/borderline rude.I also have to physically give them my card so they can tap it behind the register which is annoying/outdated. Would be cool if you guys could put the card reader in the front like most businesses these days so that I can either tap my phone or my card myself.

Been going here for a few years after my girl friend turned me on to them. I'm a salad guy- their Quinoa salad is incredible so is the garden salad. Great portions, always fresh and delcious...got to love the consistency.

My kids say they have the best food... from sausage-egg and cheese and pancakes to the Coachella, Philly cheese steaks, and a classic ham and cheese, everything is "their favorite".

Lastly great coffee and they have a variety of creamers including soy, oat, and almond. There really is something for everyone.

I had a very disappointing experience with Rooster’s Deli on one of the most important days of my life—the morning of my wedding. I had called the day before to place an order, but when I called again in the morning to confirm, the man on the phone was rude and dismissive. When I asked a simple question about whether they had wraps or sandwiches, his response was unnecessarily condescending: “What kind of question is that?”

I proceeded with the order and asked for the total, only to be told that he didn’t know the total and that we’d “figure it out later.” That lack of professionalism was concerning, but I decided to move forward because of the timing.

The real issue came the next morning when my best man went to pick up the food at the designated time. Not only was the order not prepared, but half of it was missing! This caused unnecessary stress on what should have been a joyful day.

I understand that mistakes happen, but the dismissive attitude and lack of preparedness were unacceptable. I hope Rooster’s Deli takes this feedback to improve their customer service and reliability, as this experience left a very negative impression.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich. For the most part, it was a good sandwich. But the attention I got was very, very poor. I started by ordering the sandwich and had to repeat myself three times because the person taking the order was too busy talking to somebody behind a counter than to pay an attention to me. Truly, at this point, I just wanted to walk out. Waiting for my sandwich. I noticed other people was handed their orders in their hands. When it came to me, he just placed the sandwich right on top for me to just take it, not even told anything. Call out the sandwich name and just left it there. As I make my way to the front of the counter, there are two sides to the counter. Has this been my first time i'm just standing in front of the counter on the right side. Waiting to pay. As these two ladies went around me and placed the order there on the left side of the counter. And was attended to immediately. After they finish paying, I grab my things without being told to come on up. I placed it on the left side of the counter and just was asked cash a card. Not even the greetings of good morning was said to me. I noticed the ladies before me.We're given very nice treatment. As I finish paying, I say thank you.She immediately looks to her left and says, "Sweetheart, come on down to the gentleman right behind me, ready to pay." I was never treated so disgustingly in a very long time, in this manner. I ate the sandwich, just because I worked all night in the hospital.I needed something to eat. Sad to say, I didn't enjoy it. After this inspiriance, I would never go back there ever again.

The deli workers are so nice, atmosphere is great. And on top of that, the sandwiches are always so bomb 🤩 Italian combo 💯💯

My family and I love going to Roosters. We often go for coffee and sandwiches before Stepinac games. The food is always good, my husband particularly loves the coffee, and the staff are friendly. Overall, it's a great spot!

After the owner made good on my previous experience, I returned and had a philly cheese steak. It wasn't steak, but thinly sliced roast beef, cheese and sauteed onions. It was delicious! Granted the owner was there to make sure I had a better experience, but I will definitely go back. Kudos to great customer service and the care and pride Willie has in his restaurants.

Roo wrap: chicken was dry as a bone and flavorless. No balsamic dressing as advertised. Sign said $10.99, I got charged $11.99 + tax.
The store has no flow and is extremely awkward to order, Narrow spaces to move around in, then wait, then pay in a totally different area.
Most of all, the food was disappointing.
