I drive by the townhomes very often and know some people who have lived there.

For a long time the townhomes were rundown, but new management/ownership has really turned things around.

Units are getting new windows, they are putting new roofs on buildings, and they've breathed new life into all of the landscaping, put in a dog run for pets, etc.

Awesome to see in our community!

The new owners have made drastic improvements to this place! Not only are the remodeled townhomes gorgeous, but the exterior grounds look amazing. Between all of their changes and the fantastic location, this community is an incredible place to live!

This place is wonderful. Anna made it so easy to move in with no issue. The renovations they made were so thought out. I really enjoy living in the Rosedale Townhomes
