Helping guide my client who has became my friend into her new apartment. We just sold her home in Gig Harbor. The staff were great in assisting in all areas n questions to make this a smooth transition for my client. I feel great about her move here

Nice homes. Great location. On-site staff gives good effort. But it seems upper management needs to refocus -- with more resources. Examples: mildew on siding, still here after two years of our seeking remediation; some landscaping is dead, more is dying; house-numbering of new section confuses delivery people and visitors. The point: for rent of almost $3,200 a month, Rosedale Village could be better. It should be better.
