Very informative tour. The guide was very knowledgeable answered all of our questions. We have a handicap child and there is stairs leading to the viewing room. The guide was very helpful and give the group several options so our child would not miss anything. I did hear a lot of complaints about the smell. All I have to say about that is you come to a place with 8000 cows you should expect smells. I was actually very impressed. How clean they keep this facility.

These guys are very efficient and are able to fill a truck within three and a half hours! For the amount of milk that we need to get in a two day span, this place is excellent. The workers are also sensitive to our Kosher needs and work with us to make sure that everything is done just right.

Good place to go for bulk load delivery, get there, scale in, go unload and on the way out to scale out in about 20 minutes all by myself.

Dairy tour was absolutely fantastic! Fellow participants were dairy farmers from Ireland. C.J. (our tour guide) had an infectious positive attitude, was super knowledgeable & a
great representative for Rosendale Dairy / MilkSource. The cows looked so amazingly calm, bright-eyed & healthy regardless if in the rotary milking system or back in the barns. What a great experience!! Thank you all for sharing.
