Great experience at Roseville Hyundai.I already knew I wanted a Tuscon Hybrid and had looked online at the current available models. But I still had questions and wanted to see what my options were. I was greeted by Leon when I first arrived. He was very friendly and helpful. He showed me the different options between the models and between the 2024s and 2025s. The original one that I wanted online was still available and I took that for a test drive and fell in love. The whole process went so smoothly from beginning to end. I didn't feel any pressure at any time through the process. If you are looking for a Hyundai, I definitely recommend Roseville Hyundai. Ask for Leon, he's great!

Excellent integrity with William. I had another shop tell me I needed brakes in the near future. I brought it here and found out there's a lot of usable break pad left. Around 10-15 K miles. So no unnecessary repairs done. I appreciate the honesty and integrity on display here.
Also, the check in system works efficiently. All good here.

Great service!!!! It’s never a good thing when your vehicle malfunctions but it was a WONDERFUL experience the moment I arrived at Roseville Hyundai and Paul was the reason! He was very helpful and professional and made me feel like I was the only customer in the entire building (and they were busy). Great Job Paul! If there was a way for me to tip or even promote him on the spot, I would’ve! Man…Paul was awesome!

William was wonderful! Initially the call center told me I had no major service required but William explained that I did, went over all the options and helped me make a good decision for my budget. I had some minor things that needed to be looked at at the Hyundai service shop in Roseville, and everything was taken great care of. The Hyundai warranty is wonderful. While I waited I was sitting in a comfortable waiting room with a tv and stocked with snacks as well as coffee and tea options. The most pleasant part was the customer service which I received from Molly. She answered all my questions patiently and with a smile. It’s been a pleasure dealing with Hyundai Roseville. Thank you!
