Colleen Linder (buyer's agent) really listened to our needs for a new home, and found us the perfect fit. I had been expecting a very long search, given our specific asks. But with Colleen's sharp eye and diligence, she was able to pinpoint a house that had everything we needed, despite its listing not mentioning features that would have naturally popped it up in our search criteria. Melissa was spectacular throughout the whole process of selling my home. I really appreciated the constant communication throughout The whole process. The team would notify me with any updates on the status of my house and if there were any documents I needed to sign off on so that things could run smoothly. I was especially impressed with the photos and the 3D tour they were able to generate for the listing. In this day and age where potential buyers can’t always come tour the home right away, I believe it helped tremendously. The buy for my home was from out-of-state, so the visuals were clutch.

In addition to helping me sell my home, Melissa was able to refer me to great lender and buying agent for my new home, both of which I’m very happy with! With Melissa and Team’s help, I was able to sell my house for more than originally expected and within 1 week of listing on the market! It was our first time buying a home and we had Melissa Hudson as our agent. She was very informative and always there for our many requests during the process, whether it be meeting after work to look at a property the last minute or making an offer late at night.

I say the whole Rosie team are the type of agent(s) most people want and what most should want. First off they really listened to us and answered our questions. Rosie and Liz backed up their answers with statistics and experience knowledge gained.
Karen was our buyer agent and what set her apart was her ability to really understand what our family needed and she kept that top of mind when looking for homes. She really embraced our children and was a joy to work with.
The team provided guidance on what was really needed to get our house market-ready, paying attention to what will work best. The team really paid attention to the right details, communicated clearly, and worked really stinking hard. Even if you are not sure about buying/selling, give them a call.
