Huge thanks to our HOA for their excellent service in cleaning out our V-Ditch! It was packed with dirt, causing drainage issues, but they got it cleared quickly and efficiently. Now, rainwater flows smoothly, and we appreciate their proactive maintenance! The team of Gayane and Stephanie are always very helpful all the time.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Ross & Morgan Company Inc., a management company that fell significantly short of expectations, specifically regarding a request to have our condominium's jacuzzi repaired. Despite reaching out to them three months ago concerning the issue, the resolution process has been anything but smooth.

The company has dispatched numerous service personnel to address the problem, but it quickly became evident that the quality of these workers was lacking. They were unable to diagnose that the underlying issue was with the jacuzzi's timer, which prolonged the discomfort and inconvenience.

What exacerbates the situation is the company's administrative handling of service requests. The administrators I interacted with appeared to lack both experience and understanding of the issues brought to their attention. This ignorance is not only frustrating but also decreases confidence in their ability to manage properties effectively.

Additionally, Ross & Morgan Company Inc.'s fee structure is exorbitant, considering the level of service provided. It's bewildering how they justify their rates when their response to maintenance requests is so inept. For the prices they charge, one would expect a far superior service, characterized by efficiency, professionalism, and expertise—none of which were delivered in my case.

In summary, my experience with Ross & Morgan Company Inc. has been disappointing and aggravating. Their inability to resolve a seemingly straightforward maintenance request, combined with a lack of competent administrational support and unjustifiably high fees, has led me to question their suitability as a management company. Those considering their services should proceed with caution and perhaps look elsewhere for a company that values customer satisfaction and delivers on their promises.

For the past nine years, one of my neighbors has been keeping his boat in his driveway, which is against the HOA rules. Although I don't mind the boat or trailer being out for a trip, it has been out for 80% of the time over the past nine years. Despite several requests from neighbors to address this issue, Ross Morgan, who is responsible for enforcing the HOA rules, has been unwilling to act. When Ross Morgan talked to other neighbors about the situation, they responded with unhelpful comments such as "What do you want me to do about it?" and "Call the police." In my opinion, Ross Morgan finally escalated it to the board only after multiple neighbors continued to complain. Although the homeowner was finally told that he could no longer keep the boat in the driveway, he now stores it in his garage and continues to take it out to sit in the driveway, often past the allowed time according to the HOA rules. Despite being presented with photographic evidence by more than one of the neighbors, Ross Morgan has failed to act, and the boat is back out again. I am frustrated about why we are paying Ross Morgan a management fee if they only selectively enforce the rules. It's high time they take their job seriously and do what they are paid for.

We’re so happy to have Ross Morgan as our managment company. We love our community manager and her assistant at Valencia Northridge HOA. So far it has been nothing but a positive experience. My family takes advantage of the community amenities and we love how our main pool is heated while most other HOA’s don’t have this privilege.

The team at Ross Morgan that handles our community are very helpful, professional, and super nice. I had a few questions couple of days in a row because we just moved in and Diana one of the associates has been very patient with all my questions and thorough in explaining a few things to me. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE management company. I cannot stress enough to not use them. When purchasing a property they allowed us to go through an escrow even though the unit was not up to CC&Rs - this was also never provided to us ahead of time. Once we decided to sell our property we were burnt with covering the costs of updating all of the flooring.

Now I am a reasonable person, so I understand okay we should have covered all of our bases - FINE we will eat the costs from YOUR mistake because WE didnt do our homework. The upsetting part was the amount of disrespect EVERY EMPLOYEE AND EVEN THE CEO OF THE COMPANY gave to us... Here are exact quotes from email correspondence:

ALSO, this was Brian's response from my email requesting any further correspondence go through legal representation and requesting him to stop the unprofessional banter:

"Please stop beating about the bush and kindly take care of what is your responsibility to handle."

If you want to be treated with RESPECT, which at the end of the day was all we would've wanted... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!!

Rules seem to only apply to who their fiends are. They allow some to install certain things on their home and not allow others the same exact thing. They have no set rules or colors but they expect people to go months without letting you know if it’s finally ok to install something.
