Never rent from these crooks! This father/son team are the most unprofessional people I’ve dealt with ever! We left the house in better condition than we started renting it in, and they tried to take all our deposit! They even sent us a bill! Jokes on them! The same house we rented went up for sale right after we left. We saw an open house sign out front so we decided to check it out. They were caught in lies with what they claimed they did to improve the house. We took photos to prove to them how they lied and they ended up giving us a small refund back. Hope they go out of business!

I wish I can leave zero stars but whatever you do, don’t rent from these people, they are the worst landlords I have ever had to deal with for one they are very rude, unprofessional, and very cheap. They will try their best to fix everything the cheapest way possible. The owner will put every excuse in the book to keep your deposit, and will charge you for unnecessary things like light bulbs. I am still dealing with this realty company and it has been a year since I moved out , It has been a headache dealing with these evil liars that call themselves Christians, they have lied about things that were already damage all to keep my deposit, I would never recommend anyone to rent or do business with these people, and I say people because it’s just an old man and creepy son running this company they should be shut down for being scammers.

Very rude customer service over the phone when I asked questions about their requirements to qualify to rent through them as every Property Management place is different on how they approve or deny their future tenants. The gentlemen on the phone acted like I was wasting his time and or my questions were stupid to be asking him. All my many years of being in the administrative/payroll/loan processing field at which part of my job is customer service I never have encounter such a rude person. Is it because I am a renter asking questions not a future home buyer and you won't be getting a commission cut from me. If you are a homeowner I would not use them to manage your property as a rental you will lose out on good tenants wanting to apply for your home due to their rudeness and un-professionalism.

To start off let me just say, the son, the one that is at the desk, is horrible. He is rude and has no respect. He obviously does not like children. i could tell by how annoyed he got just because i had brought my son with me. The house i looked at was dirty and grimy. They ripped off a friend of mine, making claims about the house and taking practically all the security deposit. She had hired people to paint and fix up things around the house to show respect after she was moving out. They charged her saying they had to remove all the new paint and then repaint. they took it out of her deposit. They ripped her off. Andrew claims to be a christian but ripping someone off and lieing to get more money is not the right thing to do. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF.

Absolutely worst and unprofessional experience I have ever had. The owner is a liar and is wayyyyy too involved in what your doing and accuses tenants of things that are untrue. Save yourself the headache, time and money by looking elsewhere. Mr. Rowan himself will accuse tenants of whatever he hears and then when you want to speak to him or get ahold of him, he will avoid you. He also will look for any reason to keep the deposit or part of it.

There is a reason this place literally has no good reviews!! I have never in my life encountered such rude unprofessional people! Like father like son I suppose. I feel sorry for the son because I'm sure he grew up thinking it's ok to treat people the way they do. I felt so stupid asking any questions! The son looked at me like I was so stupid. He didn't take any of my proof of income or anything, he just wanted the application and fee! After reading all the reviews on here, I was already deciding that I would not want landlords like this. Then, a week after applying the father shows up at my house unannounced around 7ish, my roommate answers the door and says I'll go get her and he literally put his hand up and said no nevermind!! And then leaves! Who does that?!?!?!!!! That is soooo psycho! Not even real home owners are that anal and nosy. I didn't even try to go stop him because after my experience and everyone else's I would never in my life rent from them. Homeowners should never ever use them! They are horrible and treat everyone around them like they are beneath them. I guarantee you this company will not be business for very long. I'm sure the only thing keeping them going is taking all the app fees. News flash Rowan Realty.. you guys should not be working with the public! I pray God will show u that kindness, professionalism, genuiness, and charisma really goes a long way not just in business but in life!

The worst experience ever, they are hypocritical and do not care for their tenants or their well being they only see dollar signs and if I'm not mistaken greed is the root of all evils please do not include God in your business if you're acting like Pharisees! Please learn how to talk to people because the way you talk to people is rude and very unprofessional read 1Corinthians 13..thank you..Anyway if you are looking for a good landlord experience this company is not it!
