When looking for our first home, we knew we needed a friendly, local, knowledgeable realtor who knew the area well. Rowe Real Estate provided us with all of this and more. Unfamiliar with Vermont I asked for a recommendation of a realtor who could guide me through the area. To say that I was lucky is an understatement. Wendy and her partner provided all the basic requirements of professional courtesy, knowledgeability, availability, and super-competence. They listened to what I was looking for, gave input on each property that I viewed, put respect and intelligence in every suggestion that they asked me to consider, and helped me think through each offer that I wanted to make. I did not feel that they were there to close a deal, but were there to help me get what I wanted and to do things in the right way.
knew that the team was there to help me fulfill my vision of a home in Vermont and was looking out for my best interest. They were prompt with answers to my inquiries about the properties, very thoughtful in receiving my offer-making, thorough in addressing any issue that came up in the process of signing the contract. And they were helpful beyond the contract signing and closing, making themselves available for trouble-shooting or maintenance concerns about the property that they helped me purchase.
In sum, I cannot say enough praise about this team. They know the business and will help you close on the deal that you want. But most valuable is that they care about who you are and the home that you will own.
